Info: I have lived in Black Mountain most of my life. I was a military brat and traveled a lot, but my parents had a summer cottage here so I came back most summers. I graduated from Owen High School and went on to earn a BA (summa cum laude) in Organizational Management from Ashford University. I started out in real estate by managing my own rental properties and decided I wanted to manage properties for others. I worked for another company in Black Mountain in sales and property management for a while before I opened my own real estate firm in the Swannanoa Business Center. I currently live in Black Mountain with my husband Kyle, who is an NC State graduate and our dog Maisy (who is an adopted mutt from Brother Wolf). My daughter Cammy lives in Swannanoa and is a Montreat College graduate. In my free time I like to play Bunco and Mahjongg and help out in the community. I have been the Treasurer of Hand in Hand of the Swannanoa Valley (www.HandinHandSV.org), the Vice President of the Black Mountain-Swannanoa Chamber of Commerce (www.exploreblackmountain.com) and President of the Old Depot Association (www.olddepot.org).
